Description

This MIAD workshop provides an introduction to the CESR process and takes you through the application

process from which evidence to include and how to present this clearly, common pitfalls and how to overcome

them. The workshop is not specific to any one speciality but there will be a focus on Psychiatry, Sexual and Reproductive health and Paediatrics.

In addition Dr Abrahams will speak about his perspective as a Psychiatry CESR assessor and Dr Hansjee as a successful Psychiatry applicant.

2:45 - 4:00pm Group activity: participants review their own specialty guidelines and curriculum requirements in order to understand what (in detail) is required for them to apply for make a successful CESR application.
