This is your year to present your unique designs to industry professionals and fashion enthusiasts at the North's biggest fashion week event outside of London. Accepted Collections

We carefully review all brand applications to ensure they meet our quality standards. Priority is given to brands employing sustainable practices. We welcome a diverse range of collections, including:

• Couture gowns
• Evening wear (Ready-to-wear, Men’s & Women’s)
• Designer streetwear
• Bridal wear
• Sustainable/Recycled luxury fashion
• Wearable art
• Prom dresses
• Accessories (Hats, Jewellery, Shoes)
• Equestrian clothing
• Non-binary fashion
• Formal workwear/Suits
• Sportswear

• Participation reference letter (for international designers only; not valid for UK visa applications as this is a simple letter confirming your participation)

Note for International Designers:

• Cheshire Fashion Week Ltd does not provide visa sponsorship or immigration advice.
• Endorsement letters for the Global Talent Visa are not guaranteed and require a separate consultation to access your brand's suitability for a recommendation letter (T's & C's apply).
• All designers must comply with UK immigration requirements.

Important Restrictions

We do not accept:

• Unlaunched brands or "coming soon" labels. We review brands as soon as the booking is made, unlaunched brands breach our terms of participation and will be withdrawn -withdrawn applications forfeiting all fees (see terms and conditions below).
• T-shirt printing brands
• Provocative/nudity/lingerie, swimwear, or dominatrix wear
• Clothing made from snakeskin or real fur
• Children’s wear (under 16)

Brands falling under these categories will have their offer withdrawn without refund.

Terms & Conditions

• Correct Category Required: Misclassified applications must pay the applicable fee difference.
• Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: Withdrawn applications forfeit all fees.
• Professional Digital Presence Required: Social media must reflect brand professionalism.
• No Refunds for Rejected Applications: Fees cover the review process.
• Past Violations: Brands with prior breaches may be barred from participation.
• International Designers: Solely responsible for UK immigration compliance.

Booking Policy:

• All bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to future shows (subject to availability).
• Inquiries are prioritized for confirmed participants.
