We’re setting the bar high with CGM’s latest interactive webinar series.

The Radical Rethink is about sharing positive thoughts and feelings to encourage fresh ways we can refocus our outlook, attitude and approach to deal with the long-term effects of Covid in our personal and business lives including:

– How to retain the initial lockdown spirit and sense of community;

– How to refocus our message to match the mood of changing times;

– How to reshape our approach to business and our own ‘new normal’.

As the dark nights of winter disappear, how can we look forward to the rest of 2021?

There is no pulpit preaching or pretend teaching – and it isn’t media training. Instead, The Radical Rethink is networking designed to inspire, engage, interact and share - ingredients we believe can help tackle the challenges of our times, not least the effects of poor mental health.

Oh, and we also have a good heart with a donation from each booking going to Worcester Foodbank to care for those less fortunate than ourselves.

The Radical Rethink sessions are led by CGM managing partner Chris Green. Starting with a brief polemical presentation about the topic in question, Chris facilitates each online session to make sure everyone has their voice heard to make The Radical Rethink a genuinely unique sharing and interactive experience.

Workbooks are provided via email ahead of meetings for delegates to make their notes throughout and after the session.
