Chablis After Work: An Evening of Discovery
Step off the corporate treadmill and shake off Wednesday with a glass (or several) of Chablis.
On 22 October, Chablis producers and the Humble Grape team are opening the doors for an after-work drop-in tasting hosted by Wine Author, Columnist and Educator Charlotte Kristensen, with special guest Théo Dampt from Vignoble Dampt, a third-generation winemaker whose family has been working the slopes of Chablis for decades.
You’ll taste everything from bright, mineral Petit Chablis to serious, age-worthy Chablis Premier Cru - across interactive stations, all set up for you to explore at your own pace.
Across 18 wines and three tasting stations, you’ll uncover the diversity of Chablis in a fun, hands-on way:
- Feeling Bourgogne: Charlotte guides you through a playful card game that brings the wine tasting to life through feelings
– Discovery Corner: Meet Théo Dampt and taste through the wines with insights straight from the vineyard
– Sensory Tasting: A chance to challenge your taste and explore Chablis through aroma and flavour
Drop in anytime between 6:30 and 9:00 PM to taste, learn, and enjoy a relaxed evening of wine discovery.
Plus, take part in our Chablis quiz for the chance to win an exciting prize.
