This event which takes place during National Debt Awareness Week 2022 is for everyone and anyone wanting to find out more about issues surrounding household debt, including: those at risk of debt and needing some signposting; church leaders and; anyone wondering how to make a difference in their community; or anyone who wants to know how they can make a difference in this issue. There will be time set aside for individual networking and consultation with agencies.

Friday 25th

10.30am the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress of Manchester will officially open the event

11am Session led by a debt advice charity, GatewayM40, based in Manchester

12-1pm Chain Responses: panel discussion followed by Q&A with experts and community leaders

Contributors will include Big Issue North, acts435, CAB Manchester, GatewayM40, CMA Debt Advice and a local housing association.
