Chair Yoga classes online via Zoom
Overview
Enjoy a gentle Chair Yoga class from home. We use the chair for comfort and balance, so there is no floor work and everything is paced kindly. Expect simple stretches for stiff joints, balance practice to help prevent falls, light strength work for posture, and a short relaxation to ease tension. Friendly, supportive, and suitable for beginners.

• Balance drills for steadier walking and everyday confidence
• Calming breathing and relaxation
Who it’s for
• Older adults or anyone who prefers a supported practice
• New to yoga or returning after injury
• No experience needed
What you need at home
• A sturdy chair without wheels
• Comfortable clothes and water
• A small cushion or folded towel for support
• Clear floor space around your chair
How it works
• Book your place and receive the Zoom link by email
• Join 5 minutes early so I can help with sound and camera if needed
• Keep your camera on if possible so I can guide you safely
