An effective session on the Chairmanship Skills required for effective chairing of meetings and committees,
Who should attend? Chairman, Chairman of Committees or aspring Chairman.
The objectives are to
Introduce the roles, responsibilities and duties of a chairman and the impact that a chairman has on the profile of a council
- Consider a chairman’s contribution to effective meetings and council decision making and his/her partnership with the clerk
Registration and refreshments will be available from 6 pm with the course starting promptly at 6.30 pm.

The Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes Association of Local Councils is a membership organisation serving Parish, Town and Community Councils throughout the County of Buckinghamshire.
