Description

This active and dynamic meditation uses the power of breath to release energy blockages, awaken kundalini energy and access altered states of consciousness and love.

We will awaken our life force energy with movement and conscious connected breathing in a powerful looping system through the energy 7 chakras (energy centers) of the body.The aim of this meditation is bring you more present in your body, strengthen your inner connection, sense of emotional empowerment and raise your vibration.

Breathwork naturally induces altered state of consciousness that enables you to access and release these suppressed memories and emotional blocks, (that if left unresolved can cause a variety of physical and emotional problems), creating space for more joy, love and radiant living.


Breathwork can be very helpful for: depression, weight issues, grief, pain, phobias, sleep problems, digestive issues inc IBS, stress, burnout, anger, PTSD, ADHD, trauma, lack of confidence, anxiety, panic attacks, low libido, loneliness, physical illness, eating disorders, post natal depression, SAD, Heart break, PMT, Menopausal issues, circulation problems, awakening psychic abilities, spiritual insights and more…

Whatever you are busy with bring it along and transform it through your breath.

Over these sessions we will explore:

*Chakra toning sounds to harmonize and energize our energy to bring more peace and lightness.

*Energy activation exercises to harness and cultivate your life force energy.

*Cleansing, opening and energise the chakra centres in the body through the breath.

*Sufi breathing techniques to bring your energy from the base to the crown of the head.

*Connecting to your heart, higher self and blissful divinity.

*Osho breath meditation techniques.

WHEN?

WHAT TO BRING?:

A yoga mat if you have one,
A blanket (2 if have them)
3 cushions
A full water bottle
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in
Trainers
Sports bra (if you need one, we will be moving)
Warm layers resting stages

WHO IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR:

This breathwork uses rapid breathing in some parts and so is not suitable (and can be risky) for those with certain health conditions, such as:

  • Cardiovascular problems

  • High or abnormal blood pressure

  • History of aneurisms

  • Epilepsy or history of seizures

  • Anyone on heavy medication

  • Severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia

  • Bipolar depression

  • Osteoporosis

  • Recent surgery

  • Glaucoma

  • Pregnancy

  • An active addiction

  • Any person with mental illness who isn’t in treatment or lacks adequate support

  • Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis
