Do I need to bring anything?

Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows are provided but if you prefer to bring your own, please feel free to do so. Please bring anything which you feel will make you comfortable such as under-knee bolster cushions, eye masks, cosy socks, and a warm jumper or hoodie. Please also bring a bottle of water.

About this event

Enjoy a full hour's guided meditation in this highly alchemical meditation class. During the session, we will use ancient yogic breath techniques to cleanse and clear the chakras, enabling a deep connection into the soul.

The soul itself forges through the chakra points but if those areas are blocked, the soul is unable to come through fully. Often times this can be felt as a disconnect, and may even be reflected in symptoms such as listlessness, loneliness, depression and anxiety.

By adopting a regular meditation practice, we can clear the chakras and begin to feel into the soul, into the escence of who we really are.
