    Join us for a transformational  reiki healing experience, creating with the chakra energy to bring your desires to life.

    This week we’ll journey exploring the heart chakra (Anahata), which focuses on love and compassion.

    In this session you will drop into the heart and open up to love, compassion and  forgiveness. You will learn to reconnect with yourself and become open to accepting love from others. Learn to reclaim the love and experience deeper connections with others for a greater appreciation for life. You will also be given key takeaways for implementation.

    About the Programme

    This seven week programme launching on Wednesday 05 June, focusing on Mental Health Awareness, is designed to address the whole individual for holistic growth and development.

    Each session will focus on a different chakra or energy centre to powerfully support return to balance, and will:

    • Provide you with practical tips and techniques to incorporate into daily routines
    • Affirmations for stability and energy


    You can choose to book a place on one, multiple or all of the sessions.
