Join us for the fourth session of our transformative Chakra Yoga Series, held this time, on the second weekend of the month.
Each class explores one of the seven main chakras through a nourishing blend of yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflection.
This time, we open into the Heart Chakra – the energy centre of love, compassion, connection, and emotional balance.
In this 90-minute practice, we’ll soften the body, expand the chest, and awaken feelings of openness and acceptance. You’ll be guided through heart-opening flows, gentle backbends, and practices that cultivate both self-love and love for others. We’ll close with a deeply restorative meditation under the healing green light of the heart, inviting you to return to harmony and connection. 💚
