What to Bring / Be Ready With To get the most out of this online workshop, please come prepared with the following:

• A quiet, comfortable space where you can focus

• A stable internet connection and a device with Zoom access

• A notebook or journal and a pen For your vision board You can choose to create a physical or digital board. If creating a physical vision board:

• A board, paper, or notebook to place your images on

• Magazines or printed images

• Scissors and glue or tape If creating a digital vision board:

• Access to Pinterest, Canva, Notes app, or saved images on your device

• A phone, tablet, or laptop you are comfortable using

Optional but supportive:

• Water or herbal tea

• Candles, incense, or calming music if you like creating a relaxed atmosphere

You don’t need everything to be perfect. Just come open, ready to create, and willing to engage at your own pace.
