Sketch Social is all about having fun and exploring your creativity in a judgment-free environment. Whether you’re an experienced artist or picking up a pencil for the first time, each session offers a different theme and a variety of techniques to keep things fresh and exciting. You might try collaborative exercises like Exquisite Corpse, inspired by the surrealists, or experiment with drawing methods influenced by artists like Picasso. Playful activities like creating portraits with your eyes closed and trying out different materials encourage you to let go, have fun, and connect with others through art.

Collage and Connect invites you to explore the art of collage with different themes and techniques. Each session focuses on experimentation with exploring themes like monochrome designs, surrealist landscapes and portraits, and the playful use of colour inspired by artists like Henri Matisse. It’s a hands-on opportunity to play, create, and express yourself through collage in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Press and Express explores the exciting world of printmaking and its many accessible techniques. From monoprinting to lino printing, and even textured walks, this session is all about experimentation and fun. Whether you’re layering textures, creating bold lino cuts, or trying your hand at screen printing, we’ll guide you through the process in a playful and supportive environment. The focus is on learning, exploring, and most importantly, having fun!

No experience is necessary for any event, just bring your curiosity and a willingness to get creative! We provide the materials, so all you need to do is turn up and enjoy the process.
