Lisbon hosts one of the most prominent middle distance triathlons in the world under Challenge Family, which currently has more than 44 races in 24 countries worldwide.
This international event, called Challenge Lisboa, includes the Challenge Family Corporate World Cup, a College Cup and a chance to qualify for the THE CHAMPIONSHIP (if you qualify you can use your slot for 2018 or 2019).
The event takes place at Parque das Nações in Lisbon and the athletes have different races available, with the majority participating in the main event, the Middle Distance Triathlon (comprising a 1.900m swim, 90km of cycling and a 21k half-marathon).
This sporting event hosts athletes from around the world, with 60% of the participants being international athletes.
Challenge Lisboa is more than a race. It’s an event for the entire family, with different activities and the largest triathlon Expo / Village in Portugal.

I have a promotional/discount code. How can I use it on my registration?
When you press the green button that says "Register", on this page, a pop-up will appear for you to choose which tickets you want to buy. On the upper right there's a link that says "Enter Promotional Code". You need to click it, insert the code, and then click on "Apply Code".
How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, all you need to bring is your id and your National Federation card, if you didn't get the one day license.
Can i do my bike check-in on Saturday morning?
Bike check-in must be done on Friday afternoon. If you want to check-in on Saturday morning you must buy a Late check-in from the additional items.
Will i be able to enter the Transition Area on Saturday morning?
The bike check-in must be done on Friday afternoon. On Saturday morning you'll be allowed to enter the Transition Area to do some last minute fine tuning, like taking the drinks you're gonna use, fill your tyres, etc..
You can also do the whole bike check-in on Saturday morning, but for this you need to buy a Late cgeck-in from the additional items.
What's the Challenge Lisboa refund policy?
– Without the Challenge Lisboa Cancellation Insurance:
Refunds:
Until December 30th, 2017 - 50% of your registration value.
From December 31st, 2017, onwards - No Refund.
Tranfers:
Until April 15th, 2018 - You can transfer your registration to someone else, subject to the payment of a 50€ administration fee.
From April 16th, 2018, onwards - You will not be able to transfer your registration to someone else, under any circumstance.
Transfer to Challenge Lisboa 2019:
Until April 30th, 2018 - You can transfer your registration to Challenge Lisboa 2019, subject to the payment of a 50€ administration fee. You will have until the end of May 2018 to pay for this fee and finalize the transfer. After that all transfer requests will be void.
From May 1st, 2018, onwards - You cannot transfer your registration to Challenge Lisboa 2019, under any circumstance.
