Headliner 1 - James Laird - Overcoming Barriers and Preconceptions

James C Laird is a man who has endeavoured to live a life without regrets. At 25-years-old James has visited 23 different nations, has degrees in the Philosophy and Psychology of Education, Disability Studies and an International Masters of Business Administration. He is also the Head Ambassador for OXSIGHT Smart Glasses and Author of the Urban Fantasy book series: Path of the Necromancer. He’s done all this while being 97% blind.

If you are looking to face a fear, expand your limits, broaden your horizons or break barriers, James can speak to you on a personal level about overcoming the obstacles in your path. By openly discussing how he overcame his barriers, James endeavours to alter your perceptions on what you think is possible, to conquer the Demons that plague our self-confidence and awaken the inner strength he believes everyone possesses.

Headliner 2 - Neil Woodall - Taming the Imposter within

Neil is an experienced industry L&D professional currently employed by a large specialised food manufacturer delivering learning solutions within a complex business environment. Prior to that, he spent the first half of his career in production management spanning several industries and cultures before running a training business for a few years. Whilst having a successful career, professional life wasn’t a bed of roses, Neil has learned to manage to live with panic attacks brought on by presenting & public speaking. Find out what has worked for him as well as what didn’t.

Headliner 3 - Kathryn Camden - “Stepping outside the circle” an exploration of Limiting Beliefs

Kathryn Camden is a Senior HR professional with a career spanning 23 years. Kathryn spends her time working on the UK & Ireland HR Leadership Team to support organisation transformation. She has a passion for Coaching and Learning & Development and enjoys creating learning solutions to support sustainable change. In her speech, “Stepping Outside of the circle” Kathryn shares her insight in to how limiting beliefs can thwart your own progression, and is clear that changing the internal narrative goes hand in hand with making a step change.

Headliner 4 - Angela Fletcher - The Great Porn Debate

Angela has a passion for self development and helping others to live life to their full potential. Angela committed to educating herself about the lasting effects of pornography and now supports over 300 women whose worlds have been devastated when they discovered their husbands compulsive porn habit Angela has spent the last 2.5 years educating herself and others in this field and is here to speak to you to talk about it
