Event description

Description

You are invited to join the Lloyd's Register Safety Accelerator for a half-day Challenges and Innovation in Food Safety workshop, 10am-2pm on Tuesday, 6 November 2018, in London.

During this interactive, half-day workshop for experienced food safety professionals, we will explore the challenges and opportunities for digital innovation to improve safety in food.

Why attend:

  • Help make our industry a safer place.
  • Have your company's food safety challenge be considered for innovation funding by the Lloyd's Register Safety Accelerator.
  • Gain deeper understanding of and identify food safety challenges suitable for digital innovation.
  • Network with industry peers throughout the workshop.

This workshop is part of the Lloyd’s Register Safety Accelerator, a new joint initiative between the Lloyd's Register Foundation and Lloyd's Register to accelerate the adoption of digital technology in safety.

Challenges generated from the workshop will be eligible for funding by the Safety Accelerator to support the piloting of new solutions by technology startups and corporate challenge partners. This workshop is an opportunity to let us know what important food safety and risk challenges you need to solve.

By participating in our innovation session, you will be joining a community of practitioners interested in harnessing digital innovation to improve safety in food.

There will be a chance to network throughout the day, with lunch provided.

This event is free to attend, but you must register in advance. Please RSVP using the 'Register' button above.
