Andrew Manners - Morgan La Roche

Andrew specialises in the representation of individual, corporate and institutional clients in both private and public sectors that face investigations by regulators such as Local Authorities, the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW), Ofsted and other prosecuting agencies such as the Health and Safety Executive and HMRC.

Andrew has over 20 years' experience in complex and serious crime including Corporate Manslaughter Act investigations, serious tax fraud and other serious financial crime cases including SFO investigations and asset restraint and confiscation cases.

Andrew's practice is national as well as regional and is regularly instructed by insurers.

Hannah Dahill – Morgan La Roche

Hannah specialises in employment law and has vast experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment issues acting for employers.

Hannah advises on employment related issues such as, Disciplinary and grievance; Discrimination, bullying and harassment; Unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and breach of contract; Settlement Agreements; Sickness; absence and incapability; TUPE; Maternity and other family friendly rights, Redundancy and restructures; Data Protection; and recruitment and selection.

Hannah also reviews and drafts various Contracts of Employment, Employment Policies and Staff Handbooks.

Dean Whitcombe – Commercial Banking, Healthcare Relationship Manager

Dean has extensive experience and knowledge of Business and Commercial Banking, he is also the sector specialist for Healthcare in West Wales for Commercial Banking.
