Course Description

Most organisations that help people to challenge benefits decisions have a success rate in excess of 80%. Come and find out how they do it.

This course is for advisers who would like to help people who have been turned down for benefits like Personal Independence Payment or who have been found fit for work for benefits like Universal Credit or Employment and Support Allowance, who don’t think those decisions are right.

The course covers:

  • the process for disputes relevant to benefits
  • how to identify grounds for challenging decisions
