Chamber Breakfast May (virtual)
Event Information
About this Event
The ‘Ready for anything’ Breakfast
Our May breakfast speaker is Brighton-born-and-bred Gary Bishop. He’s a social entrepreneur who, for a quarter of a century, has been helping to establish organisations that make a lasting change in challenging circumstances. Gary returned here in 2012 after a long stint in Manchester where he founded the charity Justlife and worked on one of the city’s most notorious housing estates. He’s now CEO of Arch Health which provides healthcare for homeless people.
Gary will reveal how loss and grief changed the shape and direction of his life and his work.
He’ll also share stories and insights gained from the more unexpected events and challenges he’s faced during his career, explaining how, and why, he is now ready for anything.
