About this event
This course will cover the documentation and procedures of importing, as well as understanding the benefit of knowing the process. The learner will be able to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of import documentation& procedures
- Identify customs regimes and import controls
- Determine how much VAT & Duty is payable.
- Know where to get additional information & assistance
Each of the Chamber Training Courses can be covered by the UK’s “Customs Grant Scheme”, Businesses that complete customs declarations now have until 31 January 2021 to apply for grant funding to help them increase their capacity to do so.
