Chamber Lunch at Bodnant Welsh Food
Wed 22 March 2017, 12:30 – 14:30 GMT
The Chamber of Commerce is delighted to invite you to join us at our upcoming lunch and networking event, generously co-hosted by Bodnant Welsh Food.
Nestled in the heart of Conwy valley and surrounded by the stunning scenery of Snowdonia, Bodnant’s multi-award-winning welsh food centre provides a memorable visit. The Chamber monthly lunch events are a wonderful opportunity to meet new contacts, enjoy a spot of lunch in a friendly environment. It’s the perfect way to begin networking and grow your contacts within the Chamber and the wider business community.
Unlike any other event, we are offering you a fantastic and unique opportunity to not only network but meet birds of prey! David Quine of Rentokil will be our guest speaker for the event – bringing with him a few of his winged friends, which you will have chance to hold! If that doesn’t feed your adrenaline enough how about participating in a bug-eating competition? Prove your courage and win a prize!
Using only freshly sourced, local ingredients in all of their food, it’s no surprise Bodnant is home to a multitude of cuisine awards – and we think you really need to try it for yourself!
A delicious two course lunch will be served to all guests, which will be as follows..
Welsh braised Beef Flank
Vanilla pomme puree braised baby turnip maderia sauce
Lemon Meringue Pie
confit lemon sorbet
We hope you will be able to join us for what will be a wonderful lunch and networking event, and we look forward to seeing you on the day!
