Welcome to our in-person Soft Skills Focus Group hosted by the Chambers of Commerce! Join us for an interactive session where we'll be discussing the soft skills gaps across industries.

This is an informal session and we plan to cover the following:

1. Welcome and Introduction – Overview of the project and purpose of the discussion.
2. Current Realities – Share experiences and challenges from industry and education relating to soft skills.
3. Identifying Gaps and Needs – Explore what’s missing or underdeveloped in current approaches to soft skills.
4. Collaborative Opportunities – Discuss ideas and ways to work together to drive improvement and shape the Chamber’s final strategic plan.
