Chambers Wales SESWM & ACCA: Skills Roundtable

Chambers Wales and ACCA are hosting a focused, action-oriented roundtable to explore Wales’s current skills gaps and future talent needs. The session will bring together employers, educators, training providers and ACCA members to diagnose today’s shortages, identify the capabilities required over the next three to five years, and co-design practical solutions.

Discussion will cover critical areas such as finance and data literacy, digital skills including AI and cyber security, the green transition, professional services pipelines and essential soft skills. Participants will share real hiring challenges, highlight best practice and agree clear actions from quick wins to longer-term pilot projects, to strengthen pathways into priority roles across Wales.
