Description

CHAMPAGNE CAMPAIGN

A workshop dedicated to wellbeing, but not how you might expect...

The Champagne Campaign helps people feel fantastic without giving up life’s greatest pleasures!

Wellbeing should be about MORE, not less.

MORE celebration and pleasure.

MORE connection and sharing.

MORE curiosity and ease.

If you are a stressed professional or leader and you want to feel calmer, healthier and have more energy, while still enjoying life's pleasures, then this workshop is for you!

Just as the essence of champagne is celebration, joy, quality, sharing, effervescence and aliveness, so too is the essence of being human, when we are at our vibrant best!

Using curiosity, connection and celebration as the main principles, the workshop charts a course towards wellbeing – a wellbeing that goes far beyond physical health, adding celebration, joy, connection, sharing, effervescence and vitality to your life.

The launch workshop is for you if you ...

- are feeling stressed

- want more energy

- need to sustain high performance and productivity

- want to be more creative and be able to focus more easily

- want better sleep

- are tired of waking up tired

- care about your health and wellbeing, but don’t have the time to pay attention to them

- want to lose weight, but don’t want to diet or lose out on the enjoying the finer things in life

- want to bring more joy and happiness into your daily life

- are curious about how wellbeing aligns with the story of champagne and celebration

The Champagne Campaign means you don’t have to give up any of your favourite things, like chocolate, wine or bread.

Nor do you need to spend hours sweating while exercising, take expensive supplements or spend endless hours preparing.

This is what you’ll get out of the event ...

- Discover how to eat for optimal wellness and keep it pleasurable

- Learn how to practice more mindful living and be more productive as a result

- Understand how to surrender to deep sleep and cultivate dreaming

- Simple stress reducing techniques that go deep and really stick

- Improve physical agility and joie de vivre through conscious movement

- Clear actionable steps on where to from here, helping you live your life by design rather than default!

- Be part of a new effervescent community

You will also experience extra special moments of intrigue and delight …

- A sparkling wine tasting masterclass

You will be taken on a sensorial journey following the intricacies of the champagne-making process, learning how a grape is transformed from the moment of being picked, to its final moments as Prestige Cuvée, poured into a flute for someone’s first sip.

The programme will encompass engaging interactive exercises, reflective practice, guided large and small group discussions and debriefs. The spirit of the work has been influenced by Alchemical Psychology, Jungian Thought, Mythology, Poetry, Culinary and Movement wizardry.

Are you ripe and ready for this adventure?!

A percentage of the proceeds from this event will mark the beginning of a campaign to support “Refugee Community Kitchen” - A volunteer-run community serving nourishing wholesome food to displaced people in the UK and northern France.
