Any personal information provided to us by you will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy for the purposes of facilitating your booking, event health and safety, and to provide you with the best customer experience before and after your appointment. Your booking will be administered by Eventbrite however we will not share any personal information that you have provided for the event with any other third parties.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- As a Selfridges Unlocked customer you are permitted to make one booking per person for the maximum amount of tickets outlined on the events booking page.
- All event bookings must be made using the email associated with your Selfridges Unliocked account. Failure to do so may result in your tickets being cancelled without any prior warning
- Multiple bookings made by a single user may result in ticket cancellation without any prior warning
- Failure to attend the event without cancellation or outside of the 48 hour window will result in restricted access to future events, and future event bookings being cancelled
- Please only book for the number of guests guaranteed to attend, booking for more tickets than required will prevent other customers from gaining access to the event. Should you attend the event with less guests than originally booked for may prevent you gaining access to future events.
WAITLIST
- Waitlists are in place when an event has reached its maximum capacity.
- Available spaces will be allocated to the waitlist when space becomes available following another customer cancelling their allocation
- Available spaces will be allocated on a first come first serve basis
- When you are allocated a space on the event, you will be informed via an email from Eventbrite; you have 24 hours to respond and accept the space on the event. Failure to respond in this time frame the next person on the waitlist will be automatically allocated and you will remain on the event until the next available space.
