This one-day workshop will give you practical guidance, techniques and real world examples for communicating change to internal audiences. Drawing heavily on psychological research, it challenges the myth that people don’t like change. It will highlight the real sources of resistance and how it can be avoided.
Suitable for PR practitioners responsible for internal communication and HR professionals responsible for communications.

Course Tutor: Leona Deakin, MCIPR CPSYCHOL
Leona is a registered occupational psychologist and chartered member of the British Psychological Society. She works as a consultant to public and private sector organisations such as O2 / Telefonica, the NHS, Britannia Building Society, Trinity Mirror, Jacuzzi UK and the Argos Retail Group. She specialises in changing behaviour within the workplace, transforming businesses and bringing life to new cultures and values.
This course is worth 10 CPD points.
