Event description

Description

In a world that is constantly changing, all business organisations must continuously ‘change’ in order to survive. The type of changes that an organisation will undergo could be one of many basic forms and these could take shape via a simple and concise project or a large scale multi-national program. Whatever the type of the change and whatever its size, each will have an impact on people and, by the same measure, will be impacted by these people. Change Management is a concept that recognises and focuses on this people side of change, and various methodologies dedicated to the field propose a variety of strategies and tools to help overcome the resistance of people towards change.

The Change Management Practitioner course will provide the delegate with an advanced understanding of Change Management and provide tools and methods that can be applied in leading change projects and programmes. This course, which makes extensive use of interactive case studies, is ideal for anyone wishing to develop advanced Change Management skills so they can play an active role in delivering business transformations.

This course, which in addition to having been delivered to numerous professionals around the world, is also an accredited University course for both Bachelor and Master students and its content covers the curriculum for CTC Academy examination – which delegates can opt in for at the end of the course if they wish to pursue certification.
