Change is an inevitable part of the life cycle of any organisations. However, manay HR professionals struggle with engaging employees in change initiatives and making change stick. This session will help you to understand how you can use the principles of behavioural science to increase the effectiveness of changes within your organisation.

Andrea Quinn is the founder of Geelox Limited. Over the past 25 years, Andrea has held a number of influential roles, including the Chief Executive of the Scottish Police Services Authority and the Head of Environment for the City of Edinburgh Council.

A civil engineer by profession, Andrea’s experience in both public and private sectors spans engineering, construction, utilities, policing, forensics, local government, central government, training, and environmental services. Andrea has a reputation for delivering significant change and throughout her career she has been sought out to improve organisations. Examples range from the modernisation of front line operational workforces to the merger of nine police organisations.

Andrea has used Behavioural Science for the past 13 years to help the organisations

she has led achieve incredible results. As the Managing Director of Geelox Ltd and as part of the Behavioural Management Techniques Federation, Andrea teaches leaders how to apply these techniques to get the results they want by focusing on people not processes. She is also a regular keynote speaker at conferences across the UK.
