Description

Event Details:

Change in constant. All organisations, for a myriad of reasons, are undergoing change. But what should HR’s role be in this change? How do we support the business and the people aspects of change?

HR is vital to a successful change process. It treads a fine path between supporting both the senior and line managers, and the staff, through the change process. This workshop will provide you with the tools to be able to work with people of all levels through the change process. This includes the ability to work with senior management to formulate and communicate the vision for the change, to working with the staff undergoing the change and understanding the pressures, potential pitfalls and emotions involved in each.

The workshop will be broken down into three stages:

1. Vision and Strategy
2. Working with managers
3. Execution of plan

Delegates will leave the workshop with an understanding of the role HR plays in each stage and how they can partner the business to deliver successful change. Delegates will also understand The Change Curve and how it effects individuals, and how to manage them through the change process.
