Many of you will have experienced great change in 2016 and will be wondering what 2017 will have in store. Some individuals will relish change, others may be concerned about what has happened in the past and will be cautious not to make the same mistakes.
This workshop aims to allow you to:
• Understand how to react to and cope with change and how you might grow yourself awareness in relation to change.
• Understand the relationship between change, risk and mistakes.
• An introduction to strengths based positive psychology.
• How you can utilise your strengths and make your weakness redundant in your work and personal life.
The morning will explore what change you have experienced and how this has impacted you. You will have an opportunity to work in small groups and pairs to share others perspective. The afternoon will focus on your results from the Realise2 Strengths Questionnaire which you will be asked to complete online before the workshop.
