Join psychologist Kateryna Gudzenko and yoga teacher Yuliia Prokopenko for a gentle, in-person workshop supporting emotional resilience, self-connection, and community healing.

This is a safe and supportive space for members of the Ukrainian community to reconnect with themselves and one another — with compassion, care, and grounding practices, to explore the emotional impact of change, reflect on personal growth, and nurture inner strength through conversation, shared presence, and mindful movement.


What to Expect:


  • Guided reflection to explore emotions and life transitions
  • Developmental games to foster connection and self-expression
  • Exercises to enhance memory and creativity
  • Stress-relief practices to calm the mind and body
  • Tools for deeper insight and emotional clarity
  • Gentle yoga and breathwork
  • Heart-opening meditation


£5 per session – all proceeds go to our partner charity, Cruse Bereavement Support.
Mats are provided.

"Letters to Forever" features unique holistic workshops exploring loss, change, resilience and hope. Through creative tools, movement and healing practices, the workshops aim to offer a safe space for self-discovery and grief education.
