To kick off the evening we are excited to have an opening talk by Lesley Donnelly from Neon Nally. Lesley has led change management programs for large brands including Tesco and Jaguar and now specialises in working with agencies to help them adapt to the changing marketing landscape.

Chair of the panel discussion, Richard Robinson, Managing Partner of Oystercatchers
Richard is a Managing Partner at Oystercatchers and is responsible for Partnership and the development of Oystercatchers’ Marketing Excellence Training programmes.
Richard has enjoyed working for both agencies and brands for the past twenty years. He has worked internationally with The Coca-Cola Company, domestically with McDonald’s restaurants heading Adult and Family Marketing, and with Publicis Worldwide where he tripled the size of the agency’s P&G business in EMEA whilst in parallel leading Publicis Groupe’s African expansion.
Richard is the resident Brand Expert for Channel 5 News, a Director and Trustee of The Ideas Foundation; a Chartered Marketer, Fellow of both The Royal Society of Arts and The Royal Geographical Society, a Council Member of the Management Consultancies Association and has previously been a Board Member of the European Association of Communication Agencies.
Lesley Donnelly, CEO, Neon Nelly
Lesley Donnelly is a highly experienced Change Consultant who has led change programmes at many leading clients such as Capgemini as well as being Head of Consulting at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence. Prior to becoming a Management Consultant, she worked on both client and agency side on such businesses as American Express, Air France and Vauxhall Motors. Lesley holds a CIPD Masters level qualification in Organisation Design and Development and so brings an outside perspective of how other sectors have adapted to the forces of change.
Steven Bartlett, CEO of Social Chain Marketing Agency
23-year-old Steven Bartlett heads up a team of over 70 creatives in one of the most ground-breaking agencies to come out of the UK. Social Chain works with huge brands including Myprotein, Boohoo, ITV and Apple through crafting disruptive social media campaigns that can be reached by over 300 million people. Lawrence Weber, Managing Partner, Karamama
16 years experience in digital, integrated and creative agencies. Managing Partner Innovation at Karmarama- helping clients get creative and commercial advantage from new technologies and the start-up community, in particular for Unilever via Unilever Foundry.
Lawrence is co-chair of the IPA Brand Tech group, sits on the BIMA Exec Committee and is a member of Google's UK Creative Council. He also mentors start-ups through The Friday Club London.
Lawrence regularly writes and talks about the impact of new technologies, start-ups and innovation for the likes of Cannes Lions, Campaign, The Drum, Silicon Beach, Marketing, The British Council, Innovation Social, ISBA, BIMA and The IPA.
Tom Denford, Chief Strategy Officer, ID Comms
Tom Denford is one of the world’s most trusted advisors to senior marketing and procurement leaders on navigating media and digital transformation.
With 20 years’ experience in the marketing industry, which covers senior global roles in creative and media agencies, Tom co-founded ID Comms in 2009, with ambition for the company to be the world experts in maximising media value and performance.
Prior to founding ID Comms, Tom was Global Head of Communications Planning at media agency Carat and before that worked as Director of Communications Planning at creative agency JWT in New York.
