Over the past 15 years, Tom and the team have helped brands like Ben & Jerry’s, Tony’s Chocolonely, Penguin, and Switchboard craft campaigns that don’t just look good they change things.

From pioneering the Moral Compass, a radical tool that lets his team democratically choose clients, to proving that creativity and purpose can co-exist without compromise, Tom’s story is a masterclass in values-driven entrepreneurship.
