About this event

Adverse incidents involving medical devices that occur in the UK must be reported to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

The way incidents are reported and the systems that support this process are changing.

If you are currently registered with the Manufacturer's Online Reporting (MORE) portal, or send the XML output of the Manufacturer Incident Report (MIR) form to our mailbox aicxml@mhra.gov.uk, we would like to invite you to join our webinar to find out more about the changes to reporting coming later this year.

Who should attend?

Anyone who reports adverse incidents involving medical devices to the MHRA.

When is the webinar?

There are two opportunities to join us:

Thursday, 11 August 2022 from 13.00 to 14.30

Thursday, 18 August 2022 from 13.00 to 14.30

Please note this will be the same webinar repeated - there is no need to attend both webinars.

Will the webinar be recorded?

Yes, the webinars will be recorded using the Zoom recording function and plan to make this recording available for public viewing for up to three years. For information about how we collect and use personal information please see MHRA's privacy notice.

When will I receive details of how to join the meeting?

Once your registration is confirmed, further joining instructions will be sent to you at least 48 hours before the meeting. These will include details of how to access the meeting. Please note that this link should not be shared or used by another person.

How do I cancel my attendance if my plans change?

Email aic@mhra.gov.uk with the email you used to register attendance and we will cancel your booking.

When is the deadline to register?

Registration will close Wednesday 10th August, 5:00pm (BST) if you wish to attend on the event on 11th August and Wednesday 17th August, 5:00pm (BST) if you wish to attend the event on 18th August.
