David Edmunson-Bird
Faculty Lead in Digital and AI Enhanced Learning, and co‑founder of Manchester’s AI Café, David is a frequent commentator on radio and television in the UK and abroad, speaking widely to organisations about AI literacy, digital marketing, and the impact of digital technologies on business and society.
Since joining Manchester Met in 2004, he has combined academic leadership with industry experience in digital media. With a focus on AI, he'll be sharing his thoughts on emerging technology and the impact it has on degree apprenticeships.
