Join us for our Changing Places webinar on 12th August at 12pm, hosted by Groundwork NE & Cumbria (GNEC).

This session will showcase how nature-based solutions, green space enhancement, and urban regeneration are transforming local communities and environments while delivering measurable social and environmental impact across the region.

Hear from our Health & Wellbeing and Nature Based Solution (NbS) expert keynote speakers, as they highlight current projects that align community needs with environmental priorities. We will be joined by:

Hellen Hornby, NbS Programme Manager

Matt Machouki, Landscape Architect

Lisa Taylor, Communities Programme Manager

Philippa Golightly, Project Manager

Laura Farrell-Pronesti, Partnership Development Lead, will host the session and facilitate a live Q&A to close.

This is an excellent opportunity for organisations, partners, and stakeholders to learn more about GNEC's strategic approach to place-based impact and how collaboration can support shared goals.

Ahead of the webinar, we invite you to explore our 2024/2025 Impact Report, which outlines some of our key projects and the impact of these on local commuities and nature: https://bit.ly/42DJBql
