About this Event

Changing Seasons - A Mindful Mini Retreat

The perfect Sunday self care activity - time set aside to acknowledge the changing seasons, pause and take stock of where you are so that you can move forwards with clarity and confidence.

Lead by counsellor and mindfulness teacher Natalie Rossiter, we will be treated to:

  • Guided mindfulness meditations
  • A creative activity
  • Gentle body work (qigong)
  • Tea and homemade cake
  • Mindful intention setting
  • Nature connection - mindful walking/mini 'forest bathing' experience
  • Space for private reflection or journalling

If time has a habit of going too quickly, it's important to carve out some time for yourself to rest, take a breath and return to the present moment. You don't have to go to Bali for two weeks (if only!!) to find your calm - a few hours of dedicated you time can be enough. This mini retreat is designed to help you relax, reflect and reset.

The first day of Autumn is Monday 23rd September: it doesn't have to be New Year for you to take stock and set goals - in fact this often isn't the best time! Let's take a lesson from nature and use the change of seasons as an opportunity to notice what we are holding on to, what we want to let go of and what we can look forward to.

Yoga mats, creative materials, tea and cake will be provided.

You might want to bring:

  • Comfy clothes
  • A blanket and cushion
  • A coat for our time outside
  • A journal/notebook and pen
