Event description

Description

The February Graduate Group meeting for CtC members with board roles will take place on Wednesday 28 February 2018 at 6.15pm in the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission Offices, at The Stamp Office, 10-14 Waterloo Place, Edinburgh, EH1 3EG.

This session's theme is: What are Board responsibilities around IT projects and cyber security resilience? IT failures and project overspends have been a major issue within the public, private and third sectors. This session will share experiences and facilitate discussion around the role of the board in empowering and holding to account an executive team in these areas.

To help facilitate our discussion Anne Moises - Chief Information Officer of the Scottish Government - will share some initial thoughts and then contribute as we discuss issues.

There are two tickets types available when you register - one for attending the event in person, and one for those who intend to 'dial in' using our conference call option (details will be provided nearer the time of the event).

Please note: This is a CtC members only event for those with board experience, so please do not share this notice with non-members.
