How to unlock the value in startup food & drink

About this Event

Young Foodies, the UK’s leading voice for Food & Beverage challenger brands, is proud to present the industry’s most poignant debate: Changing the Game for the Game-Changers. On the panel are thought leaders from across the FMCG ecosystem, including the Head of Sainsbury’s Future Brands, the CEO of the Food and Drink Federation, the editor of The Grocer, a renowned Kantar futurist, and more!

A new Young Foodies White Paper reveals that despite challenger brands being the biggest drivers of growth in the food and drink industry, they are facing some serious challenges operating in today’s unchanged trading environment. This stagnation is holding back innovation and growth in our industry and also represents a huge missed opportunity for businesses who could be unlocking a new and booming market if they cater effectively to these brands.

That’s why we’re coming together to re-balance the playing field so that challenger brands can fulfill their ambitions fairly, efficiently and proportionately, alongside the FMCG blue chips. To do this sustainably, data suggests the industry must come together and every player needs to make a change to work better with challenger brands.

This panel will discuss several burning issues identified in the White Paper, to be released exclusively at the event.

If you represent an organisation working with or within F&B, this event is a must have in your calendar.
