Do I need any experience with breathwork to join?

No experience needed at all! This challenge is beginner-friendly and gently guides you through simple, accessible breathwork techniques. All you need is a quiet space and a willingness to show up for yourself.

How much time will it take each day?

Each breathwork recording is around 10–15 minutes long – that’s all it takes. You can listen any time of day that suits you – morning reset, mid-afternoon pause, or evening wind-down.

What if I can’t attend the live Zoom session?

Accepted Answer

No problem! The Zoom session will be recorded and emailed to you afterwards, so you won’t miss out. You’ll still benefit from the guidance and be able to breathe along in your own time.

How do I access the recordings?

Accepted Answer

Once you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to your  access page, where new recordings will be added each week. You’ll have lifetime access to revisit the sessions whenever you need them.
