We hope you can join us at the nursery to catch up about our activities. We will be welcoming everyone from 5.30pm to celebrate some of our projects and achievements from the last year with a view to starting the agenda by 5.50pm. Our planned agenda is:

3. Report from Nursery Manager, Linda Parkin

4. Finance Report

5. Management Committee Stand Down

6. Election of Committee: including Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Company Secretary and Oftsed Nominated Individual

7. Any Other Business:

· To re-engage accountant and auditor through WYCAS,

· Future Plans

8. Provisional Date of next AGM

We welcome nursery parents and other community members with a commitment to the success of the nursery to volunteer to join our management committee. You do not need special skills or experience but we are particularly interested in any one who has experience or would like to develop in the following areas:

- Treasurer and fundraising role,

- Business Management and Marketing,

- HR and staff wellbeing,

- Liasing with Ofsted as our nominated individual,

- Company Secretary and administration, and

- Local partnerships.
