Where do I park if I can't get to Kenwood using public transport?

The easiest parking is on Hampstead Lane. You can then enter via East Lodge Gate and walk down the drive. The West Lodge car park has limited spaces(free to members of English Heritage, paid parking for all others). If you are taking public transport, you can reach Kenwood on the 210 and 310 bus.

Do I have to be a member of the Friends of Kenwood to participate?

No you do not have to be a member of the Friends of Kenwood! This portrait class is open to all. If you have never been to Kenwood before, please come! If you are a regular visitor to Kenwood, please come! If you are interested in finding out more about Sargent's drawing technique, please come!

Meet at the entrance to Kenwood House for a private early morning view of the exhibition. Then we will walk round the outside of the house to the Old Kitchen, which is next to the café and the loos for the hands-on practical drawing session.
