We will take you through the basics of producing your own charcuterie! We are fortunate enough to have our own Smoke House, where our team have been experimenting with recipes over the years.
The day will give you a flavour of how we smoke and preserve our dry cured ham and salamis and learn about the journey from pig to plate.

There is parking at Lime Wood when you arrive.
What should I wear/bring to the course?
For hygiene and safety reasons, please tie back long hair and wear flat, closed-toe shoes. We’ll provide you with an apron while you’re here.

If you have any food allergies or special dietary requirements, please get in touch with us before you book your course so we can talk about adapting any recpies or ingredients - this is usually possible if we have advance notice.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, it's fine to let someone attend in your place if you're no longer able to attend. Please drop us an email at email@example.com ahead of the class just so we're aware.
