When should I arrive?

Good question! Please don't arrive before 5.45pm. This will ensure we are setup ready for your arrival. You are welcome to stay for the duration. However we ask that all persons have left the building by no later than 9pm. Reminders will be provided on the night!

What if I can't arrive at the start time?

Another good question! Please don't arrive before 5.45pm. But you can arrive anytime thereafter. However,  so that you can make the most of the opportunity to meet others, we recommend that you don't arrive after 8.15pm because we are unable to extend end time.

I am not a senior person in the member organisation, can I attend?
