Led by Tim Smith of GSFW Solicitors, this session will provide the opportunity to learn more about legal structures for your organisation, including the Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) structure and a Community Interest Company (CIC).
The session will cover:

- Pros and cons of Charity status
- Factors in choosing between different organisational structures
- How to set up a CIO and demonstrate your charitable objectives effectively
- How to set up a CIC
- Overview of the roles of Trustees / Directors / Members
- Personal Liability
