COVID SAFETY
We will be complying with Luxembourg Government safety regulations and ask that you arrive in good time for CovidCheck checks so we can start on time.
In addition, due to the poor ventilation in the Chapel we ask that you:
- wear a medical grade (not cloth) mask
- keep safe social distance from others you don’t normally see.
We also encourage people to take a rapid test before attending this event.
2G+ means you are:
- over 12 years, 2 months old – those under this age are exempt,
- fully vaccinated with a booster and have an EU DCC or recognised certificate to prove it,
- fully vaccinated with your second vaccine received no later than six months prior (180 days) and have a EU DDC or recognised certificate to prove it,
- recovered from Covid in the past six months (180 days) and have a EU DCC or recognised certificate to prove it.
If you haven't had your booster yet or if your second vaccine is more than six months old, you will need to take a rapid test onsite or bring a valid certified negative test result < 24 hrs old.
People who can't be vaccinated for medical reasons must present a certificate of contraindication to vaccination as well as a valid certified negative test result < 24 hrs old. Alternatively a rapid test can be performed on site.
If you need to take a test:
- please email us (office@anglican.lu) when you register on Eventbrite so we can ensure we have one available for you,
- arrive in good time to take it, at least 20 mins before the event begins.
We use the CovidCheck app as people arrive for an event, so:
- come in good time,
- bring your certificate in a form that can be verified using the QR code, either electronically or paper ,
- if electronically, consider installing the German RKI Covid Warn-App on your Apple or Android phone and upload the certificate,
- if a paper copy, ensure the QR code is clearly legible,
- bring a proof of identity.
- photos of certificates do not work on the CovidCheck app.
The Anglican Church of Luxembourg is not responsible for the transmission of any infections during this activity. Thank you for your cooperation, support, and understanding, which helps to make this a safe event for all.
