A yearly tradition the last evening mindfulness class before Christmas is for charity.

This is a FREE class but I will be asking for donations.  Last year we raised £236 for Action Cancer. In 2017 we raised £293.75 for Hospice UKIn 2016 we raised £239.50 for Syria Relief. This year the charity is Headway, the brain injury charity.  All proceeds will go directly to Headway services in Northern Ireland helping adults living with brain injury and their carers.

This class is a 'Christmas special' with some mindful chocolate eating!
