Join us for a weekly charity community class in elephant and castle.

This class is partnered with the charity Silverfit to provide a gentle yoga class for those who are new to yoga or need a gentle stretch to help weekly.

Please bring your own mat and water.

Upon booking, a link will automatically be sent for you to register with the charity and give any donation if you wish.

The age group is usually between 45-80 years old, however the teacher is much younger and any ages are welcome to join.

Please note this is not a fast paced class, this is a gentle mixed level class.

During the summer, it will be moved onto the private rooftop. So we expect classes to become busier.


As classes are limited, please only book if you are able to attend.
