Friends Who Are Going
Event description

Description

Leeds Autism Services would like to invite you to attend our one night only film premier documentary ‘A Different Way of Thinking’ on the big screen at The Vue Cinema, Leeds Light; the 20 minute film provides an insight into the work of LAS and the impact the service has on the lives of the people and families of people we support.

The 20-minute documentary features Leeds-based Kay Mellor OBE writer of 'The Syndicate', Peter Bowker writer of 'The A Word' & Henry Normal a comedian, television producer, and poet who has a son on the autism spectrum.

You'll get an opportunity to meet Kay, Peter and Henry.

The aim of the documentary is to raise autism awareness, along with raising the profile and much-needed funds for Leeds Autism Services.

Ticket price for the event is £35.00, to include a drinks reception, followed by a 3-course evening meal buffet at Zizzi restaurant with a networking opportunity afterwards.

Places are limited so book now to avoid disappointment.

The money raised on the night will be used to purchase new and updated equipment for the adults we support with autism here in Leeds.

Registered charity no: 1047981
