Charities are increasingly expected to demonstrate not just what they do—but the difference they make. This introductory session will explore the concept of social value as a way to measure and communicate the broader impact of your work.
Through a mix of presentation, discussion, and real-world examples, you’ll gain an understanding of:
- What social value is and why it matters
- How it differs from traditional outputs and outcomes
- Practical ways to start identifying, capturing, and articulating your organisation’s social value
- Tools and frameworks that can support your measurement efforts
